As a private and independent family office,
MDOF Capital invests globally in private equity, venture funds and other private opportunities. We also co-invest extensively with other family offices to extend our global reach and network.

DAVID KUNG
David Kung is the founder and CEO of MDOF Capital.
He has spent over 16 years in Asia immersed in the privatized education markets and its operations. During this time, he served lead management positions, co-founded companies and mentored startup founders and CEOs to accelerate the growth of their companies.
He focused on actively investing into companies with strong products and technological platforms targeting cross border expansions between North America and Asia.
David graduated from the University of Waterloo and has 16+ years of experience as an entrepreneur, professional manager in large multinational companies, and investor.
